I think I’ve always been someone “on the go.” When I was a kid, my dad used to say my batteries never ran out, and I think it’s true today! My Vemma business allows me the freedom to devote time to my hobbies in a way that a desk job can’t.

To be able to enjoy new experiences, from surfing
My parents, who have always told me to follow my dreams. When they first came to the United States, they worked long hours building their restaurant business so my brothers and I wouldn’t lack for anything. They have now retired and are enjoying things they wish they could have done when they were younger and more energetic, so they have been incredibly supportive of my triathlons and wanderlust!
Freedom, Adventure, Success
As a child of entrepreneurs, I always knew I wanted to be in business for myself. When I considered the opportunities available to me, Vemma kept coming back to the forefront of my mind because of my commitment to health and nutrition. I knew this was a product I could use myself as well as share with others.
I am a volunteer with the Big Brothers organization, and every week I meet with my “little brother,” a 9-year-old who doesn’t have a stable male figure in his life. I love spending time with him and sharing my interests with someone who wouldn’t otherwise get a chance to see what’s outside his front door!
While I’m enjoying my freedom for now, my time with Big Brothers and seeing my parents’ happy marriage of 30 years have made me start thinking about my future. I’m hoping my Vemma business will enable me to spend lots of time with my family when the time comes!
